Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of knowledge management on improving the organizational performance of Modal Trading Company. The present research is a applied pre-test and post-test type. The statistical population of this research was the Modal Company in 1396. The sample consisted of 44 managers and supervisors working in AEDAL, selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. The instrument of the research is a questionnaire for evaluating and analyzing the performance management of Diwalanari organization. Oh you. Diwal (2004). The results indicate that there is no significant difference between the mean scores of performance management and decision making in the organization in the pre-test stage. But in the post-test phase, the average performance and decision-making scores in the organization in the test group have increased. This means improving the performance of the organization in the test group after completing a six-month course of knowledge management. Based on the findings of the intergroup variable, the level of significance is 0.001 and this value is smaller than the significance level of the criterion, P≤0.05), and since the obtained value of F is 735.4 higher than the table with a degree of freedom (43 and 1) That is 254. Therefore, the hypothesis of research based on the effectiveness of knowledge management confirms performance improvement and decision making in organizations. The results of the research showed that the hypothesis of research based on the effectiveness of knowledge management on performance improvement and decision making in organizations is confirmed.
