Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual leadership with organizational entrepreneurship and job creation among the employees of Islamic Azad University of Golestan province. The statistical population of this research includes the administrative staff of Islamic Azad universities of Golestan province about 420. The statistical sample included 201 selected by stratified random sampling method. To measure the variables of research, Fry and Metro's Spiritual Leadership Questionnaire (2005), Organizational Entrepreneurship Questionnaire (2002) and Schoffell's Job Expiry Questionnaire (2001) were used. The research was descriptive and correlational. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the hypothesis test of the research indicate confirmation of the hypotheses and the existence of a positive and significant relationship between spiritual leadership with organizational entrepreneurship and spiritual leadership with the job enthusiasm of employees of Islamic Azad universities of Golestan province
