Investigating the Impact of Decision Support System Dimension on Organizational Empowerment in Education in Ramhormoz

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the dimensions of decision support system and its impact on organizational empowerment in education in Ramhormoz. To collect the data, the Spectorizer Empowerment Questionnaire and Nursing Decision Support System (2012) were used. This research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection method, descriptive - survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of all managers, vice-lecturers, experts and educators in Ramhormoz Ramhormoz, and the managers of high schools in Ramhormoz city, numbering over 110 people. To determine the sample size, the Cochran formula was used and the sample size was estimated to be 85. The results of regression analysis showed that decision support system dimensions have a direct and significant effect on organizational empowerment in education of Ramhormoz city. It can be admitted that by improving the decision support decision, institutional empowerment in the education of Ramhormo is also increasing. Establishing a decision support system will create more employee participation and cooperation, and create a sense of satisfaction and value for employees, and thus empower employees.
