Abstract

The vast majority of organizations, companies and manufacturing industries work in risky environments, and their success rate is to reduce the risk to an acceptable level. Safety and health today are among the most important issues that organizations face. Therefore, their administration should be effectively addressed as one of the strategic issues for high-level executives in order to enhance the performance of the organization and reduce the incidence of occupational accidents in the workplace. The most important principle in the integrated development of safety principles and their reflection in workplaces as a prerequisite for reducing occupational accidents is to pay attention to the safety culture of the organization as a technology softwares. According to the present research, the main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of the organization's safety culture through the moderating variable of the strategy of promoting business and safety management in handicrafts in Kermanshah province. This research is descriptive in terms of research type and is applicable to the purpose. The statistical population of this research is Kermanshah province handicrafts staff. The Morgan table has been used to determine the sample size, which was estimated to be 344 people for a sample of 3276 individuals using the Morgan table. Data were collected by questionnaires and simple random sampling method was used for sampling. Data were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the hypothesis test indicate that there is a meaningful relationship between the dimensions of safety culture and safety management using the moderating variable of the business promotion strategy. At the end, suggestions for improving safety management are presented based on the results of the research hypotheses.
