Investigating the Relationship between Leadership Style and Organizational Performance of Employees Considering the Mediating Role of Human Resource Strategies (Case Study: Employees of Toos Industrial Township Co. in Mashhad)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between leadership style and organizational performance of employees, considering the role of mediator of human resources strategies. The present research has examined the leadership styles and their relationship with organizational performance and that organizational strategies as mediator role have a role in it has. The research method used is a descriptive, survey-correlation research. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of Toos Industrial Township of Mashhad with 340 people. A sample of 181 people was selected using the Morgan table and the stratified random sampling method was used The research data were collected using library and field method and the tools used were standard questionnaires. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's method and its validity was confirmed. Also, for analyzing the data, Structural Equation Modeling Method has been used using LaserL software.The results show that there is a significant relationship between leadership style and organizational performance among employees of Toos industrial towns considering the role of mediator of HR strategies. The results of the hypotheses showed that between leadership styles (mutual behavior, transformational leadership, Ideal leadership) and organizational performance among employees of Toos industrial townships have a meaningful relationship with the mediating role of human resources strategies. There is no significant relationship between charismatic leadership style and HR strategies, and this hypothesis was not confirmed.
