Abstract

An organizational transparency that is opposed to concealment in the organization is one of the third dimensions of the ethics of the third millennium, and many studies of organizational transparency management point to an increasing attention to this organizational concept (Vakaro, 2010). From the perspective of many researchers, transparency is a prerequisite for effective organization and often creates high-impact organizations. Organizational transparency is often expected to have positive outcomes such as increased employee participation, trust in organizational management, creativity, learning from mistakes and errors, improving performance, increasing employee job satisfaction, reducing employee maladministration, and increasing transparency and clarity. (Walsel and Leicester, 2009). The purpose of this study is to examine the management of transparency in educational management.
