Abctract

The present study investigates The relationship between the spirit of criticism of managers with customer relationship management and business productivity of Aq-Qala Industrial Complex units. The statistical population of this research includes all managers of industrial units of Aqqala, about 300 people. The statistical sample included 169 people who were selected by stratified random sampling method. To measure the variables of the research, the morale of the criticism questionnaire and the correlation questionnaire and the victim productivity questionnaire were used. The research design was descriptive and correlational. Data was analyzed using SPSS software and Pearson correlation coefficient. The findings of this study showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the managers spirit of criticism of managers with customer relationship management. According to the second hypothesis, there is a positive and significant relationship between spirit of criticism of managers with the productivity of Agh ghala chaly industrial towns.
