Investigating the Relationship between Paternal Leadership Dimensions and Organizational Leadership with Emphasis on the Moderating Role of Knowledge Sharing among Employees of Sadegh Branches in Golestan Province

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between patriarchal leadership and organizational vocation with an emphasis on the role of moderating knowledge sharing among employees of branches of Sadegar Bank in Golestan province. The research method is a descriptive-correlational survey. The population of the study consisted of all employees of branches of Sadegar Bank in Golestan province, 600 people. The statistical sample was proportional to the number of people in the community using the Krejci and Morgan table 234 and the random sampling method was simple. The data were collected using library and field method and the tools used were standard questionnaires.The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by the Cronbach method and the validity of the tool was confirmed by the content method. Structural equation modeling is also used to analyze the data using PLS software. The results show that there is a significant relationship between components (good leadership, ethical leadership and organizational soundness of employees of branches of Saderat, Golestan province). Also, the results showed that there is not a significant relationship between authoritarian leadership and organizational soundness of branches of Saderat Branch in Golestan province .
