Abstract

Research In today's world, with more and more competitive and unpredictable business environments, organizations need to use supranational approaches and develop their competencies and capabilities in the face of uncertainty in order to survive and achieve business goals. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between managers' core competencies and their job performance and organizational innovation in East Industrial Towns of Golestan province. Data collection in this research was done by field method and a tool for collecting data from Rangin and Epstein (2003), Patterson Job Performance (1970), Huang's Innovation Organization (2011). The statistical population in this research was 716 employees of the industrial complex of East Golestan and 250 people sample size. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method. Correlation with Pearson test was used to analyze and analyze the assumptions. The results of the test hypothesis test indicate confirmation of a significant relationship between managers' core competencies and employees' job performance, as well as confirming a meaningful relationship between managers' core competencies and organizational innovation.
