Abstract
The scholars believe that, as humans each have a distinctive character, they also have a unique and distinct personality due to their culture, which explains the need to recognize the culture of educational institutions. Slowly Unfortunately, in many organizations, the cultivation of organizational culture is not considered as the most important task of managers. While organizational culture affects all aspects of the organization, it is not a cultural phenomenon in any organization. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of organizational culture management in educational organizations.
