Abstract
Management of an organization is one of the important challenges of the current and future world organization, which is why it is possible to direct the direction of the organization through the managers' thinking and action. One of the core competencies that lead to the success of the organization, including educational organizations, is the managerial intelligence. Managers need to cultivate their intelligence at all levels in order to fulfill their task in a balanced and comprehensive manner. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of spiritual intelligence on educational management through library studies and referring to articles and research in this field.
