The Relationship Between Ethical Leadership Leadership and Organizational Commitment among Nurses in Selected Hospitals of Iran University of Medical Sciences in 1396

Abstract:

Introduction: The purpose of this research was to "investigate the relationship between ethical leadership of managers and organizational commitment of nurses working in selected hospitals of Iran University of Medical Sciences in 1396 year". Methods: The research method is descriptive and. Solidarity has been. The statistical sample of the study was comprised of 177 nurses from Iran's medical sciences. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire with 41 questions. In order to test the hypothesis, analysis of ANOVA test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Spearman correlation coefficient, T-test and linear regression (with varimix rotation) used by SPSS software . Results: The results of the hypothesis test with the correlation test indicated that all the six research hypotheses confirmed. Conclusions: The ethical moral leader an emotional commitment with 0.336, with continuous commitment of 0.341 and with normative commitment of 3.201, were positive relationship. In addition, the ethical leadership leader on emotional commitment by 0,313, with a continuous commitment by 0.321, and with normative commitment by 0.277 correlated. According to the regression test, each of the six hypotheses have been confirmed. The ethical moral leader was a meaningful relationship with the "emotional commitment" of 0.305, "ethical moral leader of the moral leadership" has a "significant relationship with" continuous commitment "of 0.501; "Moral moral leader of moral leadership" has a "significant relationship with" normative commitment "of 0.083," moral leader of moral leadership "has" a meaningful relationship with "emotional commitment" of 0.089, "moral leader of moral leadership "Has" a meaningful relationship with a "continuous commitment" of 0.06 and, ultimately, the "moral leader of the ethical leadership" has "a meaningful relationship with the" normative obligation "of about 075 percent.
