A survey the Impact of Social capital and the morale of service and social responsibility on Staff Capacity of Mellat Bank in Ardebil city

Abstract

Creating accountability in an organization is important in terms of creating quality in an organization, the more managers and employees are more committed and better integrated with the concept of the organization's activities, the more benefits will be. With more employee involvement, responsibility increases. The issue of service morale is one of the major issues in public or private organizations. Today, each organization tries to enhance the morale of its employees by making the service environment more attractive. Considering the importance of social capital and its role in the development of organizations, if managers do not have the necessary attention to this capital, they will face distress, distraction, creativity, innovation, and even corporate silence. The benefits of social capital are to increase mutual trust and trust and intimacy and cooperation among individuals. Empowering employees is one of the effective tools for their individual and group capacities and abilities in line with organizational goals. In other words, the only asset of an organization is that it is the staff of the bourgeoisie, brave, disciplined, innovative, risk-taking and love-loving. An organization with high-profile employees is "a wealthy organization." Therefore, the main objective of the research is to investigate social capital and service morale and responsibility on empowerment of employees in Mellat Bank of Ardebil. This research is an applied and descriptive-correlative method. The statistical population of this research is all employees of Mellat Bank in Ardabil city. Their number was 170 according to Cochran formula. Accordingly, a non-random sampling method was available (without any pre-selection) for distributing the questionnaire among all managers and employees of Mellat Bank in Ardabil city and were collected as completed. SPSS20 software was used to analyze the data. The results show that social capital and service morale and accountability have a significant effect on empowerment of employees. Finally, based on the results of the research, suggestions were made to improve the empowerment of Mellat employees.
