A survey the Impact of Social intelligence and cultural intelligence on Staff Performance of Pasargad Insurance in Tehran

Abstract

Cultural intelligence and social intelligence point to effective performance in intercultural and social relationships, including occupational spaces. Therefore, the main objective of the research is to investigate the effect of social intelligence and cultural intelligence on employee's job performance in Pasargad insurance company in Tehran. This research is an applied and descriptive-correlative method. The statistical population of this research is all managers and experts of Pasargad insurance companies in Tehran, whose number was 384 according to Unique Cochran community formula. Accordingly, a non-random sampling method was available (without any prior selection) for distributing the questionnaire among all managers and experts in Pasargad insurance and completed by completing. SPSS20 software was used to analyze the data. The results show that social intelligence is on performance
