Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of creating an electronic port on improving the performance of ports in the Chabahar Commercial Port. The research method is descriptive and survey type. The method of sampling is random. In this research, the statistical population includes managers, employees and managers of the General Directorate of Ports and Marine Affairs of Sistan and Baluchestan province, and the sample number is 92 individuals. The instrument used in this research is a researcher-made questionnaire, the first part of which was general questions and the second part based on the Likert spectrum. The confidence coefficient was calculated using Cronbach's alpha, which was 0.80. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. For analyzing data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods have been used. Indeed, correlation coefficient test has been used for data analysis. The results of the research showed that the creation of the electronic port for improving the performance of the ports of the commercial port Chabahar has a significant impact
