Abstract

Today, the two main arms of the shipping industry, ports and shipping, and its related industries, are continually updating and intelligent. The infrastructure of these industries (such as ships and ports) is equipped with new and intelligent technologies, and the corresponding skills of the employees in the respective professions are constantly increased through the required training. The productivity of every sector of the industry, including the maritime industry, is affected by three main factors of service quality, service speed, and costs. These factors make a major contribution to competitiveness, which is crucial in today's highly competitive business
