Principles, Approaches and Methods of Value System and Job Performance of Lorestan Bank Employees

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the foundations, approaches and methods of value system and job performance of bank employees in Lorestan province. The present research is based on the nature and method of a descriptive - correlation study and is a applied research in terms of purpose. The community of this research was comprised of all the employees of the state banks of Lorestan province, which served in 1397. (The number of statistical population is 340 persons) according to the sample size chart of Karjes Morgan, 250 employees of the state banks of Lorestan province They were selected as research samples. Sampling method was randomly classified in which 148 men and 102 female employees were selected as the statistical sample. In the present study, 1 Allport value system questionnaire was used. 2) Paterson's job performance questionnaire was used. The data analysis method will be descriptive and inferential. The findings of the research show that there is a correlation between the foundations, approaches and methods of the value system and the job performance of the employees of the state banks of Lorestan province which, according to the significance level estimated to be 0.001, this correlation is at the 95 confidence level / 0 is considered statistically significant. High levels of value system have been associated with job performance among employees of government banks in Lorestan province.
