Educational Needs for Entrepreneurship Development in the Agricultural Sector of Hamadan Province

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was review of educational programs for entrepreneurship development of the agricultural sector in Hamedan province. The target population consisted of agricultural entrepreneurs Hamedan County. To determine the sample size, the sampling method was used as the whole number (N=107).This study was conducted using a survey method; the validity of question naire research was confirmed to experts also to determine thirdly ability was used from Cranach’s alpha coefficient (α = 0.96). In order to analyze was used the data collected from the frequency, mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, coefficient of variation and factor analysis. The results of the support systems that prioritize short-term training courses for business entrepreneurship capabilities by business own resist with the highest priority and the next priority is to create the appropriate information for those interested in technical information about agriculture, Training of potential entrepreneurs to set up and manage the company’s agricultural sector, Teaching and marketing practices and practices of entrepreneurs and activists in agriculture, Of successful entrepreneurship have implemented visit it is reserved for potential entrepreneurs.
