Investigating the Attention to Risk Management in Construction Projects and Their Relationship with Project Success

Abstract

In general, the purpose of this study is to investigate the amount of attention to risk management in construction projects and its relationship with the success of the project (case study of Sorkhonkala). The research method is a descriptive-correlational survey. Which has been run on field. In this regard, our statistical society in this research is all members of the licensed system of engineering system in Gonbad-Kavoos city. In this research, simple random sampling method is used and the sample size is determined according to the volume of society according to Krejcie and Morgan table. The number of questionnaires distributed is 256. The research data were collected using library and field method and the tools used in the questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's method and the validity of the tool was confirmed by the content method. Also, multiple regression tests using spss software have been used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the amount of attention to risk management in construction projects and their relationship with the success of the project (case study of Sorkinkela city).
