Abstract

This study examines the role of philosophical process re-engineering managers in the city Miandoab staff was cooperative. This paper is a descriptive, correlational relationship and terms of functional purpose. The population of this research includes all staff in the school year 95-96 Miandoab city cooperation involving 430 persons. In this research in order to collect information and data collected from standard questionnaires assessing philosophical mindedness of managers (Soltani, 1375) and the questionnaire, the evaluation process re-engineering in the Department of Cooperatives (J. Tavassoly Nvqlby, 2003). For Data Analysis descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Depending on the subject, the research method of Pearson correlation between two variables philosophical mindset managers to re-engineer processes, helpful correlation coefficient equal to R = 0/907 and credibility of results equal to p = 0/005, there is also the two variable comprehensive philosophical mindset managers to re-engineer a correlation coefficient equal to R = 0/935 and credibility of results equal to p = 0/004 and between two variables after pondering philosophical mindset managers to re-engineer, with a correlation coefficient equivalent to and the resulting credit equal to p = 0/002 and between two variables philosophical mindset flexibility on re-engineering managers with the coefficient Depends equivalent to R = 0/781 and the resulting credit equal to P = 0/002
