Abstract

The present study investigates the relationship between professional ethics with job performance and the quality of working life of professional officces in Golestan province. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of professional technical departments of Golestan province about 300 people. The statistical sample included 169 people who were selected by stratified random sampling method. A researcher-made professional ethics questionnaire, Paterson's job performance questionnaire, and Walton's quality of life quality questionnaire were used to measure the variables of the research. The research design was descriptive and correlational. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and Pearson correlation coefficient. The findings of this research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between professional ethics with job performance and quality of work life.
